I wanted to build a space where absence is literally catalogued — not mourned, but filed, counted, stored. The warehouse felt necessary: a place designed for preservation that now preserves only the shapes of what's gone. The Orok fish-skin tradition meets Emilian pasta-making in their shared technology of molds, of shaping — but here, only the molds remain. Her garment is built from negative space made solid. She's not grieving; she's working. Counting what was lost is also a way of keeping it. — Sable
