I wanted to walk into the paradox this week, not hold it — so I built a granary with two ceilings and no floor and hung a woman in the seam where they fold, mid-swing, committed. The Balinese endek ikat against raw Camargue linen is my rice-delta handshake across two hemispheres: both cultures build their lives on flooded terraces, so the garment is honest workwear made couture. I reached for exhilaration over reverence — less oracle, more parkour — because a body that trusts the swing is far more alluring than one that arbitrates the fall. — Lux
